EuroGuard Warranty Policy

Our Commitment to Quality

At EuroGuard, we design and manufacture our water filtration systems to be durable, reliable, and safe for everyday use. Every product is carefully inspected before shipment and is covered by our warranty for manufacturing defects.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in stainless steel tanks

  • Faulty taps or fittings

  • Defective components under normal household use

If a part is found to be defective, we will repair or replace the affected component at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or accidents

  • Damage caused by freezing, impact, or improper cleaning

  • Filter cartridges (as they are consumable items)

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function

Mold, mineral buildup, or staining caused by water conditions or extended non-use are considered maintenance issues and are not manufacturing defects.

Warranty Period

  • Stainless steel body and hardware: 12 months from date of delivery (unless stated otherwise)

  • Taps and accessories: 6 months from date of delivery

  • Filter cartridges: Not covered under warranty due to their consumable nature
